As UCSC’s undergraduate tutoring center, LSS provides many different services to suit students’ needs at no additional cost. These range from group tutoring and drop-in study halls to individual coaching sessions and workshops – all facilitated by undergraduate students! Learn more about each of our programs below.
Tutoring
Weekly group tutoring sessions led by trained, experienced undergraduate student tutors in specific courses. Actively engage with course content through collaboration with your peers.
Peer Success Coaches and Workshops
Develop a success plan, find accountability, and build your skillsets by attending weekly workshops or meeting with a peer success coach.
Study Hall and Conversation Tables
Come for a specific question related to math or writing, stay to study. Or join the conversation to practice language skills such as Japanese, French, and more.
